SINAP Depth Filtration Cartridge is combined by high-purity cellulose pulp and inorganic filter aids through a special process. Its internal three-dimensional structure which is crisscrossed in all directions makes it a deep filtration medium and providing excellent filtration performance and high dirt-holding capacity. By using advanced and highly automated production process, all raw materials are inspected through strict quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality and performance.

Mechanism

Membrane of SINAP Depth Filtration Cartridge is formed by intertwining cellulose

wrapped non-organic filter aid diatomite, through a special process to create a tight three-

dimensional structure. Go thorough from the surface to depth, the pore size  decrease,

forming a gradually tightening structure. During the filtration process, this can reduce the flow rate of solid particles and eventually retain them.

Non-organic filter aid diatomite has a natural porous structure inside, which provides good    particle adsorption effect for the paperboard membrane and increases its permeability. Due  to the three-dimensional structure and porous structure of diatomite, this combined structure has an extremely high dirt-holding capacity.
