Range and Scalability

Our product line includes eight standard models, varying in size and filtration accuracy. Sizes are available in 12 inch and 16 inch diameters. Filtration accuracy ranges from 0.2 to 30.0 microns. Each unit features VMQ EPDM sealing material for chemical resistance. This extensive range complements our core business in Flat sheet MBR module and Membrane bioreactor technology. We offer specific solutions, from the fine 0.2 micron High-flow depth filter to the coarser 30.0 micron pre-filter.


Defined Operating Parameters and Connections

Cartridges operate reliably up to 80 degrees Celsius. The maximum differential pressure allowed is 0.24 MPa at 80 degrees Celsius. Before use, a mandatory rinse procedure is required. This ensures maximum efficiency from the start. All connection ports, including Inlet, Outlet, and Gauge Port, use standardized 1.5 inch connections with 304 stainless steel clamps, simplifying system integration. The Air valve is a 1/4 inch NPTF connection.
